John H. Tinney elected to Board

At the State Bar's Annual Meeting, the WV Bar Foundation held its annual business session. At that event, John H. Tinney and four others were elected to serve a three year term on the 15 member Board. The Board is a diverse group of lawyers from all over the state and all types of law practices.
